Description
Elixir presents us the new Primer SemiGel, which is specially designed to remove any trace of oil from the nails. It is used in semi-permanent, gel or acrylic manicure, before the application of Base Coat and thus enhances the adhesion of the base to the nail.
Tip:
In case of gel or acrylic manicure, the product is used before the placement of the building material.
