Returns

  • In the event that a different product or quantity is delivered than agreed upon, the customer must return the order to establish the error. In this case, the costs of returning the products and the costs of reshipping to the customer are borne by the COMPANY, as long as the method of return proposed by the company is followed.
  • In the event that a product is found to be defective, as long as this is confirmed by the authorized repairer or manufacturer providing the warranty of good operation, the following shall apply:
    If the finding occurs within two weeks of receiving the product, a free repair of the problem is allowed, as long as the following conditions are met: a) Proof of purchase of the product is present, b) It has not been opened, used or altered the product packaging or the product itself.
  • In case you wish to replace or return a product, the return of the product to be replaced must be returned in perfect condition, with all its accompanying documents, without defects and its packaging intact. Shipping and return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and only after they have been paid can the cancellation process be completed. In order for the declaration of withdrawal to be accepted, it must be made in writing and sent either electronically or by FAX, within 14 days of receipt of the products. Then, the Company must return the resulting sum of money, within 14 days of the return of the product to its facilities. The refund of the initial purchase is made to the customer’s bank account. Alternatively, a credit can be made to the customer’s account for use in a subsequent order.

  • In the event that the product was used by the customer until the declaration of withdrawal, then this product is considered used and is not returned. The same goes for the packaging. The check should be done without opening the package and without operating the product.
  • If during the return of the products it is found that they are damaged or missing, the Company is entitled to compensation from the customer, the amount of which depends on the condition of the products. It is thus possible to unilaterally make an appropriate offset of its claim against the customer.
